Air-cooled chiller is a type of cooling system that uses air as the cooling medium instead of water. It works by collecting heat from the building or equipment that needs to be cooled and exhausts the heat into the air through a process called thermal transfer. The air-cooled chiller has a heat exchanger or condenser that uses fans to blow air over the coils, which contains refrigerant.
